Yukon Wildcats – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Yukon Wildcats Contracting for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided within the Whitehorse and Haines Junction areas only.
2. Services Provided
- Snow Removal: Residential and commercial snow clearing, ice management, and winter property maintenance
- Towing Services: Emergency and non-emergency vehicle towing and recovery
- Excavation: Site preparation, foundation work, landscaping, and earthmoving
- Dump Trucking: Material hauling, debris removal, and transport services
- Housing Contracts: Construction, renovation, and building maintenance
- Lawn Maintenance: Seasonal lawn care and property upkeep
- Web Development: Website design, development, and digital services
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written payment schedule is agreed upon
- Emergency services require immediate payment upon completion
- For projects over $2,000, a deposit of 25% may be required to begin work
- Late payment charges of 2% per month apply after 30 days past due
- All prices are subject to applicable GST/HST (5% GST in Yukon)
- Payment accepted: Cash, E-transfer, cheque, or credit card
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Client may cancel services with 24-hour notice without penalty
- Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice may incur a service call fee of $75
- Weather-related cancellations by Yukon Wildcats incur no fees
- Rescheduling is available subject to availability
- Emergency services cannot be cancelled once team is dispatched
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and accessible work areas free from known hazards
- Disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden obstacles
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals before work begins
- Ensure pets are secured and children are supervised during work
- Provide access to work areas and utilities as required
- Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Yukon Wildcats carries $2,000,000 general liability insurance
- We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities
- Pre-existing property damage must be disclosed before work begins
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- Client assumes responsibility for site conditions not disclosed
- Force majeure events (weather, government orders) release us from liability
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Yukon Territory and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Yukon Territory courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Refund Policy
No Refund Conditions
Refunds will NOT be provided when:
- Services have been completed successfully according to the agreed scope of work
- Work meets industry standards and contract specifications
- No property damage occurred due to our negligence
- Customer changes mind after work completion
- Weather conditions affect timing but work is completed safely
Refund Eligibility
Partial or full refunds may be considered when:
- Property damage occurs due to our negligence (subject to insurance claims)
- Work fails to meet contractually agreed specifications
- Services cannot be completed due to our equipment failure or staffing issues
- Safety violations by our team result in incomplete work
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion with documentation of the issue. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval.
Liability & Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
- General liability insurance up to $2,000,000
- Workers' compensation coverage for all employees
- Equipment and vehicle insurance
- Professional liability for contracting services
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Pre-existing property conditions not disclosed
- Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
- Weather-related delays or complications
- Third-party property damage not caused by our negligence
Property Damage Protocol
In the event of property damage:
- Immediate notification to customer and insurance company
- Documentation with photos and incident report
- Cooperation with insurance investigation
- Repair or compensation through insurance process

- Clear communication with property occupants during operations
- Emergency response procedures for extreme weather events
Towing & Recovery Safety
- Traffic control measures at roadside locations
- Proper vehicle securing and loading procedures
- Communication with emergency services when required
- Safe operation in all weather and road conditions

Excavation & Heavy Equipment Safety
- Soil stability assessment before excavation
